Do people in the south pole float?

I’d like to know if people in the South Pole float because it looks impossible. If the South Pole is at the bottom of the world then how do they stand?To me it looks like if the are standing in the air. To me it looks like the most reasonable explanation is gravity. If a person had a relative that lived in the south pole then I guess that they would wonder how they stand.

Gravity is a natural phenomenon by which all objects with mass attract each other, and is one of the fundamental forces of physics.
